David Brandstätter & Malgven Gerbes / shifts (Berlin/Le Havre)

Performance dates:
Wed Jan 09, 2019, 19:30 - fabrik Potsdam
Feedback: Fri Jan 11, 2019, 19:00 - Kunstraum (free admission)

Digitalization is nowadays an essential part of our society. This process informs us as much as it manipulates us. What are the mechanisms of the digital age? Where are our responsibilities as users? Feeding Back is a piece for five performers, a guest and the audience – an exchange on social resistance, a committed choreography that questions the strategies to invent to remain autonomous beings. Following the performance, the questions raised by the piece are discussed and reformulated by an invited guest (Sophia Pietryga) in dialogue with the audience. The next day, a recreation by the guest is presented in another place, at Kunstraum, in a new choreography that transforms the piece and invites to further interpretations!
